Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Whiteboard, a service operated by Enzonic LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky ("Enzonic", "we", "us").

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. User content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You must not violate any law or third-party rights, or attempt to disrupt the Service. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Payments & refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach. You may close your account at any time.

7. Warranties & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state and federal courts located in Kentucky.

9. Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Kentucky, except where prohibited by law.
